The Residential Architecture packages are a series of services that cover the complete project cycle. They cover from the Schematic Design (SD) phase to the Construction Documentation (CD), including cost estimating for the proper management of resources.
Each package has specific products and the flexibility to add Aecis Arkitektura Add-ons in case you want to add more power to your project. Valid for basic, standard, and premium residential architecture packages.
The basic residential architecture package is designed to get your project up and running with everything you need to take it to the constructability phase, and includes the following:
-Virtual Reality
-Building Information Modeling (BIM)
-Cost Estimating (1)
-Construction Documentation (2)
-Digital and Printed Project
-Operation Manual

To add one or more of the Aecis Arkitektura Add-ons to any of the available packages (basic, standard and premium), choose them and ask to be added to the contract. Just like that, when you are in the scope of work review phase of the project, you will be able to add as many Add-ons as you want.
The cost of the Add-ons will be calculated according to the complexity of the project and the specific features of each product.
Architectural design is like food; it takes time to reach the right doneness, so it cannot be rushed. On average, a residential project of 250 to 750 m2 (2,691 to 8,073 SF) could take 3-4 months to be approved and validated by the client.
The estimated time excludes procedures with municipalities and building permit issuing departments, which vary from region to region.

Once you sign a contract with us, you will make three (3) payments.
The first payment of the project consists of covering 50% of the total cost, which includes Schematic Design (SD) and Design Development (DD).
The remaining 50% will be paid in two (2) parts. The first part will be covered before commencing with the Construction Documentation (CD) phase, and the second part, before the deliver of the full set of the approved architectural documents.
It is important to mention that we do not accept cash payments for any reason.
All Mexico is our territory. We are licensed to perform residential architecture projects throughout Mexico.
We’re on the path of obtaining architect’s registration in the USA, yet, it’s not an impediment for us to provide residential architectural design consultation services in the USA, Canada, or any other country in the world.
Yes, we do not get involved in any type of corruption or acts that violate federal laws and/or building codes, or regulations of any institution corresponding to the field of construction and urban planning.
In case of detecting that any client or prospect wants to incur any type of breach of laws and regulations, Aecis Arkitektura reserves the right to initiate and/or continue the working relationship.
